Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between SOFTWARE SOLUTION GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16922407), registered office 2–16 Bury New Road, Manchester, M8 8EL, trading address The Box Works, 4 Worsley Street, Manchester, M15 4NU (“we”) and the business or organisation that creates a FARSYNQ workspace (“you”). By creating an account or workspace you agree to them. FARSYNQ is for business use; if you sign up on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you can agree to these terms for it.

1. Your account

  • Keep your login details safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite.
  • The workspace owner controls who has access, their roles, billing, and the workspace’s data.

2. Free trial

New workspaces get a free 14-day trial with Professional features and 100 one-off AI credits. No card is needed. When the trial ends without a plan, the workspace is paused: everything stays, and you can still view, edit and export it, but you can’t add new work until you choose a plan. We don’t delete a paused workspace without telling you first.

3. Plans, seats and payment

  • Paid plans are charged per paid seat, monthly or yearly, in advance. Owners, admins, managers and staff are paid seats. Guests, clients and partners are free within your plan’s guest limit.
  • Current prices and what each plan includes are on our pricing page. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
  • Payments are taken by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You’ll see and confirm the new price before adding seats or changing plan. Changes during a billing period are charged or credited for the time left, and extra AI credits for an upgrade arrive once that payment goes through.
  • If a payment fails, we’ll ask you to update your card. If it still can’t be taken, the workspace may be paused until it is.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. New prices apply from your next renewal.

4. Cancelling

The owner can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Everything keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then the workspace is paused. We don’t refund part-used periods unless the law requires it.

5. AI credits

Plans include a monthly allowance of AI credits, shared across the workspace. Unused monthly credits don’t turn into money and have no cash value. AI results are suggestions that may be wrong: check them before relying on them. Nothing is changed or sent until a person confirms.

6. Fair use

Business plans include up to 250 automation rules and 10,000 automation runs a month. All plans must be used reasonably: please don’t use FARSYNQ to send spam, break the law, store content you don’t have the right to use, try to access other workspaces, overload the service, or resell it without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Your data

  • Your workspace content belongs to you. We only use it to provide FARSYNQ, as described in our privacy policy.
  • You can export it at any time from Settings.
  • Where we process personal data for you, we do so as your processor under UK GDPR. A data processing agreement is available on request.
  • FARSYNQ isn’t designed for health or care records, safeguarding case files or other special category data. Please don’t store them in it.

8. The service

We work hard to keep FARSYNQ available and secure, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features; if we remove something important to a paid plan, we’ll give notice.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using FARSYNQ at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, usually after a warning. When a workspace is closed, you’ll have the chance to export its data first.

11. General

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we’ll tell the workspace owner before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. Questions: designsforge1@gmail.com.
