Every AI action uses credits from your organisation’s shared monthly allowance: your plan’s credits per user, multiplied by the number of users. Each AI button shows its cost before you press it. A quick summary costs 1 credit, turning notes into tasks or drafting a follow-up costs 2, CRM insights and project plans cost 5, an AI Business Manager review costs 15 and a deep run costs 40. If a request fails, the credits come back. When the allowance runs out, AI pauses until next month and everything else keeps working. Allowances are provisional until testing and approval are complete.
